We have over 40 years combined experience and have transacted across industrial, office, retail, self-storage, and urban infill development properties.

Brian Collins started in Commercial Real Estate in 2001 working as a sales agent at Robinson McNally, in 2004 was recruited to BT Commercial as a Senior Vice Price President, and in 2013 he was recruited to California Capital & Investment Group to lead their Industrial brokerage and investment division. He started Collins Commercial Real Estate in 2016, where he has continued to serve as a trusted advisor to long term clients, and has sourced and closed over $20 Million in investments achieving above market returns. Brian was born and raised in Oakland, CA, attended Bishop O’ Dowd High School and obtained his B.S. and M.S in Civil Engineering & Construction Management from U.C. Berkeley. He enjoys traveling with his family, attending his kids sports, and trail running.
