We invest in a broad range of opportunistic and value add property types up to $25 Million. We understand the value Brokers bring to each deal and we strive to maintain and develop relationships with the Brokerage Community. We prefer to work with listing Brokers but we will work with procuring Brokers on off market transactions and in value creation scenarios with listed properties on a case by case basis.
